Want to help your child succeed in math?
To help your child gain the necessary skills in math begin by reviewing the basic addition facts for kids in 1st & 2nd grades and multiplication facts for kids in 3rd-5th grades. Have your child produce the sum or product (answer) for each problem within 5 seconds of seeing the problem. Start with one fact family (1+0 - 1+11)/(1x0 - 1x11) until all individual fact families are learned. Then mix them up. For fun, set a timer and see if your child can beat his or her time.
